At the beginning of each new project there has to be a an accurate feasibility study. Even before we start with the tool design we search for all the problems which can occur while realizing your product. In close collaboration with our costumers we are searching for innovative and inexpensive solutions for a production-orientated design of your components. But by all this we never forget the specifications and individual wishes of our customers. Our tool design is driven by a high standard of process-reliability and endurance of our mould tools.

Therefore we use integrated and most modern CAD/CAM-systems. This allows us to shorten the time for development and manufacturing. Besides it minimizes possible failure sources and reduces the optimization costs. Without any difficulties we can use your 3D-data as well as drawings and prototype parts as basis for our tool design.
